Se acepta una inversi\u00f3n m\u00ednima de US $500,000 si la inversi\u00f3n se hace en un \u00c1rea con Alta Tasa de Desempleo designado, como es un \u00e1rea con alta tasa de desempleo o rural, y a trav\u00e9s de un Centro Regional EB-5 designado.
