Mr. Cacho attended Columbia and Princeton Universities, majoring in Economics, and has been involved in pioneering residential, resort, hotel and commercial developments throughout Puerto Rico. One of the Company\u2019s \ufb02agship projects is Martineau Bay Resort in Vieques, a 156-room luxury hotel and villa development completed in 2001, later sold and rebranded as the \ufb01rst Caribbean W. Hotel. The property has become an icon for the tourism industry.<\/p>\n
