Partner and Co-Founder of Iconic-Caribbean EB-5, LLC, Puerto Rico, Robert C. Lowe has 30 years experience in real estate sales, acquisitions and development, plus a solid record of creative financial structuring and performance-based expansions. He is also renowned for his acquisitions and divestiture skills and management leadership.

Lowe obtained his B.S. degree in International Business –with emphasis in Finance- from Ohio State University. His productive career started as commercial real estate agent with Commercial One in Columbus, Ohio, and then, as president and co-founder of Equity Residential Development in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, with clients such as Wal-Mart, IBM, CVS, Walgreens and BellSouth.

He then became co-founder and partner of Iconic Caribbean EB-5, LLC, an EB-5 Regional Center in Puerto Rico. In his present position he is advisor to global client on structuring of equity and debt, assists in identifying new overseas marketing agents and sources private funds for new projects. He is also in charge of project review and facilitation for new projects in the Regional Center.
